I don’t recommend. me and my sister went in because she had a highlight appointment and i went in to get a pedi. they cut her hair uneven left bleach on her, and weren’t personable to her, they were drinking wine on the job. Me and my sister had a good time the first time we went by the second time we were rushed and they left my pedi messy and polish still on my skin. do not recommend. the pedi isn’t horrible not worth 48$ though.

Was able to get right in (because they were slow) and get a nice cut. Usually the stilest talks and laughs but the nice lady that cut my hair I don’t think would laugh at a Ron white concert. Price was fair and would go back again.

The woman who did my eye browse did an awful job. I said I don’t want thin browse and she did them so thin you can barely see them. This is not the first incident. They have no experience at all absolutely horrible. I will not go back. If you have any sense you will go somewhere else. Waxing

At the beginning of January 2022, I went in to get my hair highlighted blonde and the lady had no idea what to do but instead of telling me she didn’t know how to highlight she decided to bleach my entire head. My hair color is light brown and already had blonde highlights but it was growing out and i wanted her to fix the roots. Instead of doing the bleach highlights she bleached my whole head and this caused my hair to turn yellow then she use brown dye to make the highlights. My hair ended up orange and yellow. I was so frustrated and upset that she ruined my hair i told her to just dye my whole head brown to cover it up. A few days later I realized I almost no hair left and what was left had been burnt off shoulder length. My hair was so full and down to my butt. I had been growing my hair out for over a year and she ruined everything. I’m so unhappy and hate the way my hair looks like now. I had to spend $400 on extension’s just so I have hair. After she was done dying it brown and washed it out she still wanted me to pay for the damage she did. I spoke to the manager and after arguing I ended not paying a dime. I don’t remember the ladies name but her station is right behind the manicure table by the window. I had scabs and burns on my scalp from the chemical burn. I also told her the bleach was burning me and i needed it washed off but she kept telling me to wait longer. I pray my hair grows back. This is truly disheartening and I’m extremely upset and this left me with no self confidence now. She should loose her license and get fired and she’s lucky I haven’t sued her. 0 stars – don’t ever come here.

Critical: QualityDon’t go here. My Wife wanted her grey covered and didn’t get that nor dud she get the color or even close she wanted. The woman who “cut” here hair didn’t cut it even close to even. getting her head jerked around by the lady who did it just added to her misery. Now she has to go elsewhere to get it corrected. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have nothing but praise for Hair Masters. It was recommended to me, and I went straight over, as a walk-in. I asked for a gel manicure, and was apologetically told to wait 20 minutes. I was given a cup of coffee, and had no sooner drunk it than it was my turn. I was given the best gel manicure ever, and for the least price. I then asked for some waxing, and got that. The place is attractive and the staff is extremely friendly andaccomodating but very professional. Who could ask for more? I shall return!
