DON’T GO HERE! I took a friend and my 4-year old to get pedicures. Our first time. The lady, who looked in charge, did my daughter’s nails and was terribly rude and dismissive. She told her to sit up straight and not wiggle, which I was not super surprised about, but then, when my daughter moved (because she was so excited to be getting her nails done) the woman told my 4 YEAR OLD, “Are you serious? You see. I have a customer waiting over there. I don’t have time for this!” My daughter didn’t understand, and I was so nervous to ruin her experience by confronting the woman and walking out that I kept my mouth shut. I’m so regretful. I’m absolutely appalled. The other ladies that did our nails were kind to me, my friend, and my daughter, but didn’t do a stellar job with the polish.

Worst service experience I’ve ever had. The nail technician was extremely rude during a pedicure for a child. The pedicure was scheduled in advance and the tech reprimanded the child for slight movements, told her she didn’t have time for her because she had other customers (despite the reservation), and yelled that she was going to break the foot bath when she got up to go. It was shocking.

A guy posting this. Getting cleaned up to be in a wedding. They did a nice job but having a manicure done at the same time as a pedicure was uncomfortable. Could have cleaned edge of fingernails better. Shined the nails on one hand but not the other.Nice people but a touch hard to understand when you have a hearing issue.

Very unpleasant experience. They have no gel color samples to look at so you just have to guess at the color. I didn’t care for the first color the manicurist selected and she was rude and snapped at me when I asked if she could pick something different. Will never return. Pedicure, Gel manicures

Jennifer Kim gave me a wonderful pedicure. When I called to make the appointment the person was terse and sounded really unfriendly. I had my husband stand by in the car to make sure the person who answered the phone wasn’t the one to do my pedicure. Jennifer Kim did and was pleasant and friendly. I told her to tell the person answering the phone to lighten up.

Critical: ProfessionalismWow! I’m astonished that this place is still open. They are the only nail place in town, so that must be it. The owner was giving my mother a pedicure and she accidentally splashed water on to the floor while repositioning herself in the chair. The woman yelled at her saying “woman you made a mess”. My mom was so embarrassed and kept apologizing but the owner kept yelling. It was so awkward. Then she proceeds to answer the phone, make future appointments and have personal phone calls while doing my mom’s pedicure. In the end, my mom apologized again and I had to tell her to stop, that the owner owed her an apology. Guess we will be driving to Traverse City for our next pedicures.Service: PedicureWow!
