Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhen I went to Hair Magic Salon I had no idea what I was getting into with extensions. I had clips ins years ago but never sew ins. Cassie was absolutely amazing walked me through everything at my consultation, we went over my hair goals and what I wanted to accomplish when I was done. We scheduled my install the week after. I was late to my appointment but Cassie made me feel like I was important and came back to the salon. I was there all day and I had a blast. When I got done and everything and looked in the mirror I couldn’t believe the transformation she pulled off. I feel so much more comfortable with the way I look and I love my extensions. When I went to Hair Magic Salon I had no idea what I was getting into with extensions. I had clips ins years ago but never sew ins. Cassie was absolutely amazing walked me through everything at my consultation, we went over my hair goals and what I wanted to accomplish when I was done. We scheduled my install the week after. I was late to my appointment but Cassie made me feel like I was important and came back to the salon. I was there all day and I had a blast. She is very up front with how the service will go and the possible outcomes depending on your situation. I have always loved the way my hair has turned out after she’s worked her magic. The other stylists here are wonderful and professional as well. The salon itself has a wonderful vibe to it. I’ve been seeing Alix for my hair care services for a year and she is amazing. She is so kind, professional and educated. She is very up front with how the service will go and the possible outcomes depending on your situation. I have always loved the way my hair has turned out after she’s worked her magic. From long hair to short hair, natural colors to crazy fun colors, they’ve done it all on me and they’ve done it beautifully. Critical: ProfessionalismI went to this salon and i had Kristen as my stylist. i asked for Alix but she never texted me back when kristen gave her my number. I came in and i asked for a cut and blond highlights. I explained it very well and even had pictures to show it. She did my highlights and they turned out a little yellow-ish and this is when it went down hill. She put toner in my hair and when i sat back down in the chair she told me my highlights had now turned pink due to the toner. She asked me if i wanted it and i said no and told her to fix it. She fixed most of it but while fixing it she had also washed out all the highlights. I didn’t realize till i got home but i had probably 8 chunks of hair that were still pink and i hated it! I texted her and she offered to try and fix it but honestly i just didn’t want to go back to her and when i was leaving she admitted she messed up and said she’d give me a discount NEXT TIME. I ended up just going to the store and getting a brown box dye and did it myself even after i paid her $70. I texted her very nicely and told her the situation and what i did and asked for a refund. I went to this salon and i had Kristen as my stylist. i asked for Alix but she never texted me back when kristen gave her my number. I came in and i asked for a cut and blond highlights. I explained it very well and even had pictures to show it. She did my highlights and they turned out a little yellow-ish and this is when it went down hill.
