I use to love this place…my nail tech( kevin) moved back to his country without notice. I decided to give another tech a shot at doing my nails and he did a good job (John) but it’s almost impossible to get an appointment and they are very dismissive when you call to inquire about availability. The quality of their products are poor I pay for gel polish which is an extra $15 ontop of the service and the polish peels of within a week and when you come back for a touch up they try to charge for the touch up when it should be done as a courtesy seeing as though gel polish is advertised to last longer than the regular polish. The prices fluctuate even though there’s a price list they always charge more than what’s advertised but never update the sign or honor what’s listed.

Best nail salon hands down. My nail technician is Tina, she was absolutely phenomenal. I showed her a pic of what I wanted & she was about to mimic it to the T. She was quick & polite. Will always go to her or now on for sure. Pricing wasn’t bad either. Normal rate for nail salon. Definitely go check them out!

All i have to say is Wow! John did an amazing job. I have been to many different nail salons in Raleigh and Cary and it has taken me one year to find a good nail tech. John applied the gel very evenly, leaving my nails smooth, whereas other nail techs left my gel nails wavy. John is highly skilled and precise.
