Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI don’t ever leave reviews but this is unbelievable. This is absolutely the worst “silk press” I’ve ever had. First, I came in and nothing was said to me but “hi” only because I said hi first. Then I sat and waited for her to say she’ll be right with me or let me know why she was doing some one else’s hair and not ready to service me. Then after 8 minutes of ignoring me I proceed to ask if I could come at a later time and I was told no because I was her last client of the day. From that alone I should have left. Everything seemed to be going well up until I actually saw my hair in the mirror when I was done. My hair was puffy immediately after it was done and looked wild. I was told that my natural hair wasn’t moisturized enough when I’ve never been told that before. I felt more water in my hair than conditioner if she even used any. Then I was put under the dryer after my hair was BLOW DRIED. I don’t know where they do that at. After all of that of course my hair is going to be dry lol. Her whole process was terrible and rushed. I could have gotten the same result overly blow drying my hair at home. I had no clue what was going on because there’s not a lot of mirrors in the salon so I was just trusting that it was going to come out right. I ended up paying and even tipping out of habit and I regretted it right after. There’s no reason why My hair should look stiff and blow dried to death. Best place to come if you want a late appointment and heat damage. I need a refund(This picture is from today and I got my hair done 7 hours ago.
