Critical: Qualityrosa the manage at the beginning she gived me the pricing for toning,cut,root touch up and retouching my highlights to my roots for everything she told me 215$ but due to time problem she did the toning and the haircut and she charged me still 215$. I was in a rush Becouse I had a flight that day after coming back I called her today and told her that I was charged more and didnt received the full service can she refund me for root touch up. Never get called in between services. I have expressed interest in wanting hair hydrating services but it seems the interest is only in big ticket items, no time for petty services for clients. Too busy for a shampoo, style and cut.

This place has horrible customer service! To start, they will never answer their phone and their website to schedule an appointment online is always down! So frustrating! So I decided to come in and make an appointment and of course their website was down. I told her the haircut is for my daughter not for myself she then very rudely said we limiting our services to kids hair cuts. She said she would give me a call back later that day but she never did. I would not recommend this place! Don’t waist your time!

I walked in there to ask if they can do perm so she said i got alot of going on with my hair and it will break my hair or damage it so i was happy with the advise, so i asked about balayage on my hair she replied with what do you know about it? I showed her the picture and she replied its a technique we do its not just a different color. Ok 1st of i did not need for you to be schooling me I asked if you are able to do the same thing what I’m showing you on the picture, its a simple yes or no answer. Def will not go here the vibe there is no bueno for me

Rochelle had been doing my hair for over a year and a half. Each time I bring a picture she and I discuss what it will take to get the desire look. Sometimes it’s something immediately accomplished and other s were it’s a process that may take a couple of visits. She ALWAYS delivers, almost as if she had a magic wand.

I went there today to cut off 10 inches for donating. I think my stylist was Tiffany, can’t remember her name. She showed me how far the cut would go, but when she made the actual cut, it was a couple of inches higher. When I came home, I measured the length of hair she had cut (I took the hair home to donate it), and it was over 12 inches long!! I had explicitly said 10 inches, and I’m extremely disappointed that she made such a careless mistake. Even a beginner stylist should be able to accurately measure how much hair they’re cutting!! I’m really really irritated. The girls there all seemed nice and friendly, but I definitely won’t be returning.

I’ve been going here for years. Everyone is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They know how to do great color work and beautiful styles. I take my daughter here too and she is always so happy after her fresh cut, she’s 6. I recommend all my friends and family here when they ask for a good place to go.

Walked in to this as it is next to Kumon. They said $20 for kids haircut which I think it is highly priced for the location and town like Tracy. You will get it done in places better than this at much cheaper rate. So I walked out without asking a single question. So I went to another one which is less than 0.5 miles away with big and nice place and friendly staff. It costs me 12$ including tip.

Very poor customer service. Also closed an hour before posted times. As a mother of young children the lady pointed out and shamed me for “doing nothing to my hair” my hair is very healthy, undamaged hair and never colored but she made it seem criminal and will not perm it for that reason. Ok. Next time I’ll burn it off and then come for you to fix it. Never coming here again.
