All my beautiful long hair is gone. No more braids, buns, or ponytails for me, even though I specified I wanted to keep the length and grow it much longer. The haircut I was given is a good haircut, but why couldn’t I keep my long hair? The beautician’s answer is that I “need to remind her” (is her attention span so short?). I can’t even get my hair into a band on top of my head. My friend and I went at the same time. My friend told her beautician she had not taken enough off the top. The answer was, “Go home and work with it.” Our experience at Hair Hut is, you take the cut they choose to give you.

i came in for a bleach & toner appointment scheduled with amber. first of all the bleach didn’t even work and she sent me home with my hair still ORANGE! she also cut my bangs half off… it’s giving will byers smh. obviously she doesn’t know how to maintain bangs. she also chopped off so much of my hair, it’s barley passed my shoulders now when it used to be at the middle of my back. i’m so upset because i didn’t even come in for a haircut but she suggested i needed it. i told her not to cut too much but my hair is so short everywhere!!! i’ve never cried so hard, and i’m never coming back. don’t spend your time or money at this place. spent $85 to look the ugliest i’ve ever looked lmao.
