Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent for highlights and a basic 1 inch trim around my one length hair. Highlights went in quickly and mostly came out ok. I informed the stylist before hand that I do not like my highlights warm and I do pull very red. Instead I wanted them cool and most are, but she started rushing things at the end of processing. The last few are more warm than the rest and look off. The trim was not done around my entire hair. The blow dry was very unprofessional. There was not enough conditioner applied after the color service nor any product to help it dry as it always does from a salon. After 24 hours, my hair is very crunchy and dry. I can blow out my hair better than this service.
