She made me feel so happy and excited for finally getting my haircut and donated. We cut off almost 17 inches to be donated. I showed Vicky a picture of what I wanted and she did a fabulous job and exactly how I wanted it. I would highly recommend coming here, the staff is friendly, sweet, and make you feel at ease. This was the first time getting my hair cut in almost 7 years. I had Vicky and absolutely loved her. She was sweet, amazing, and kind. She made me feel so happy and excited for finally getting my haircut and donated. We cut off almost 17 inches to be donated. We hired Hair Fusion to do the hair & makeup for our wedding this summer in Durango and they were EXCELLENT! Susan, the wedding coordinator, was very responsive and organized. And the ladies who joined us on the wedding day were amazing. So friendly, fun, and excellent at what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is getting married in the area and wants a professional, friendly experience on their wedding day.

Ashley is absolutely amazing and so is Hair Fusion! I have tried for two days to get my dip nails taken off (just taken off, not getting any new dip) and EVERY other place in Durango said it would be a two day wait. Ashley, not only said yes but waited for me to drive there even though she was supposed to be gone by then. She completely made my day! Definitely go to hair fusion if you want amazing customer service!

The managers here are argumentative, dismissive, and rude! I literally had to let the front desk receptionist know I had to get off the phone with her and hang up. She wanted to argue with me about the fact that I didn’t really feel her apology was at all empathic, and this was based off of an uncaring and implicating interjection from her over the phone about a one-time refund and conversation I didn’t even have with her the other day, It was with the owner. This was really uncomfortable for me. She can’t make people accept an apology and then try and guilt them about it. It’s just gaslighting and controlling! I’m seeing a pattern here, that if you don’t like their services, they project onto you and treat you like you are delusional, your feelings don’t matter, and they make comments to imply you are such a selfish bad person for not being happy with a service…which makes you wonder why they ever gave you a refund in the first place, if they disagree to your face for every reason why they “cared” to give it to you? That’s gaslighting. They don’t mean anything that they say. They don’t care. It’s a horrible way to treat customer’s feelings.

Wow! Where to begin… The owner kept extremely close contact during all planning and coordinating for my wedding. I have never met a business owner so organized and dedicated to her business and team. She is friendly, helpful and committed to making everything exactly what your dream is! All the ladies are very happy who work at Hair Fusion and they all work as a team like sisters. Alyssa did my hair and I cannot even begin to say enough good things! I have been looking at the picture of the “up do” for 3 years… well when she did the “up do” it came out 10x better than the picture had showed! Alyssa has real talent and she is an artist. I highly recommend using this business.
