The worst so I went the first time for a makeup appointment and was early for my appointment and had to wait 20 mins. Until the next time time I went I was about 10-15 minutes late caught an uber all the way there. For her to turn me around. She didn’t even have the decency to refund my money nor reach out and say she couldn’t take me. Oh and did I mention she changed my appointment time twice, this is why I was running late on the second one. If I schedule for a certain time why would you update it without my consent. Never again, stay away and spend your money somewhere else more professional!!!

I came to you based off of reviews and phone conversation we had. I came to you last month to get a hairstyle done and even though it turned out beautiful there were a few issues. You have walk in hours from 8-12 on saturdays but if you’re the only person that does sew in that can become overwhelming for you. You should have a point where you cut off customers once it gets out of your control. Than I called you the day after saying I wasn’t happy with seeing the grids in my frontal. Sunday isn’t a day you’re operating but I felt like once you got that message you should have called back I wasn’t asking for a refund and I didn’t leave a nasty voicemail I just wanted the issue resolved. I let that go. Than I tried to call you again to get services done but didn’t want to pay for a deposit i didn’t need again no call back or nothing. I am not about to beg someone to do anything I work too hard for my money I had a lot of patience but if you treat new customers at that like that I don’t want to be bothered now you may have had some things going on I dont know but just taking the time to respond to me asap would have been better than to completely ignore and this is after a few days of me not being able to reach you
