Boyfriend showed the last a picture of the cut he wanted she cut it to short kept going wasn’t simetrical him being nice paid but was extremely angry it can’t even be fixed I went back in asked for the ladies name she refused to give it to me asked if he was happy I said no no he’s not told her what happened and that I an untrained person could’ve done a better cut at home and still have it simetrical I’m appalled by the customer service and her refusing to give her name we won’t be going back there and highly recommend nobody else go either especially for men’s cuts and I will be calling Monday for owner to speak to them as well

RAVE for Kelly at Hair Experience! I took my daughter to the salon on Ft. Huachuca. Big mistake. She has very long hair. He cut it uneven and choppy. We walked into Hair Experience and Kelly was able to help us. She was phenomenal. She fixed her hair and even gave her a little extra framing around her face. Not only did she give a beautiful hair cut, her genuine customer service is unmatched. Such a lovely sweet women who was authentically charismatic. THANK YOU KELLY!!!
