I will forever be thankful with the staff for helping me in my time of need. My hairstylist cancel the day before my wedding. They went above and beyond to style my hair better than the Pinterest pictures I show Megan ( I believe that was her name) I was so stressed out and as soon as I sat down in her chair she made me feel calm by letting me know that she was gonna take extra care of me and that I was going to be on time for my wedding. It was nice knowing that the staff cares and I will never forget that. I 100% recommend hair Cuttery because of the amazing staff and for last minute accommodations. They are more than just a salon.. they have employees that go above and beyond.

BEWARE!!! I went here to get my hair done blonde and let me tell you DO NOT GO HERE! AJ ruined my hair! She lied to me numerous times that my hair would be blonde and it is now three different awful colors of orange. I was supposed to get a refund weeks ago. But the manager Abbey has more important things to do than follow up with clients her salon employees mess up. This is a horrible salon with untrained lying staff members. If you want to waste your money and come out looking worse than you went in this is the shop!

Used to be a regular here. Stopped going as it is no longer near my job. Decided I wanted to start going again because they have always been awesome. Nope. Not anymore. Apparently it’s by appointment only even when the place is empty. Came in 5 mins to the hour and they refused service without an appointment. I said even though you both are standing around? She said: “Yes, sorry.”” Decided to go to the store and when I came out around after, there was still no one in the store even though she claimed she had an appointment in a few mins. Yeah, this place won’t last long. Not sure how anyone makes money that way. Their loss as I tip well. Don’t go here as they clearly do not want to make money.

Megan V. is an amazing stylist and I will definitely be returning to this place and to her. Megan takes her time and makes sure you are satisfied with your haircut before you leave. Every time I go back to her for my haircut, she sees how my hair has grown out since my last visit and adjusts the cut each time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing cut!
