Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNever ever will go or recommend. My mother, who never spends money on herself, went in there and got her hair done yesterday. She called me in tears absolutely devastated at how much money she spent and her hair didn’t even look touched. My mom’s hair is already extremely short(probably 4 in) , so how in the world she was charged $120 dollars for a few highlights is absolutely crazy to me. I have long hair, about 2 feet of it and it only cost me $85 in the past. I can’t remember the name of the girl she said, but it was either Baily or Brittany. I would not have paid for it. How you could charge someone that amount of money for it to look as if her hair wasn’t even touched at all is absolutely preposterous. You’re suppose to feel good about yourself when you leave a salon,trusting someone to transform you. Not call your daughter crying bc you are so disappointed. When I called, the manager, Jen was very unprofessional. As I began talking to her she said ” I don’t need you yelling at me” “He’s welcome to come and get it fixed, things happen sometimes.” No apology, totally dismissive, then she hung up on me. When I called back she pretended to have bad reception and not be able to hear me.
