I’ve been getting my hair done here now for over a year now. I’m going tell my story what happened to me. I called to make a appointment and explain in very detailed how I need someone that specialize in cutting bangs because in the past few time I’ve had them messed up. So I always call ahead of time to book/ schedule with a specialist. When I was getting my hair done. The lady ( who did not give me her name ) kept messing up and sadly… my bangs had to cut even shorter then what I wanted and they were super uneven. After I almost broke down in the chair. I told her to stop right away and get someone else to fix my hair.
