I called Hair Cuttery and made an appointment for the following day, asking for Cierra after getting a recommendation. Cierra was great! I was a walk in today and told it would be about 30 minutes. They girl that put my info in seemed like annoyed we didn’t have an appointment. I told her we were just gonna run next door to kill some time. After spending 20 minutes in Game Stop we came back. We sat waiting another 47 minutes with two stylists sitting around, some guy came in as a walk in. They took him immediately. All of the stylists knew I was there waiting and completely ignored us. I walked out and will not be back. I would rather go to Great Clips to spend my money.

Don’t waste your time! Literally no one was in the store and I just needed a quick cut for my daughters hair. The woman was rude and told me she couldn’t help me bc “I’m the only one here.” I should have listened to the other bad reviews. Don’t waste your time or effort. I have a very dear friend that has been coping with a very bad case of psoriasis. She’s been currently losing her hair and up and down on different types of medication. She ordered some special hair piece as she was directed to do. She had an appointment at the Northport Hair Cuttery the hairdresser no showed. Then they made another appointment and Northport Hair Cuttery cancelled via a text. I too have psoriasis and shame on them for not being more supportive.

My daughter got a long bob cut, from experience I know its very difficult to find someone who does it correctly. We had an appointment at 4:00 and we walked out at 4:15. I think the shampoo and brushing of her hair took longer than the cut. And its exactly what we asked for.

I recently had shoulder surgery, could not blowout my own hair, so went on line to find a salon that wasn’t so expensive being that I had to get my hair done twice a week, found Hair Cuttery, it read that a blowout was $20, I made an appointment with Rachael, got a blowout and was then charged $38, I questioned her and was told that I have textured hair that’s why it was more, I am caucasian, my hair is not textured, there was no flat ironing involved either, I felt like I was definitely over charged, your website does not match your service prices, and I also want to mention it was not the best blowout
