This is the rudest, nastiest salon I have ever experienced. As soon as I walked in the door the lady says “Yeah what do you want?” They were disrespectful to me the whole time I was there and treated me like I was a burden of their time. Why work in a public place if you’re going to treat customers this way? They need a MAJOR improvement on their customer service. The haircut was terrible and I ended up going to another salon after to fix it. place was completely empty. now I can see why. I won’t be back.

I used Hair Cuttery for years. But when I moved to Daytona was so sad. Set appt Feb 2022 at Ormond salon. Drove there just to have them tell they tried to call me because styist canceled shift. I left went to another salon and got right in with no appt. Today June 13 2022 went to Hair Cuttery Port Orange hour before my appt to see if could just do walk in and was told no and they were just going to call me that styist I was set up with was transferring and her papers and were not transferred yet and my appt was no longer she could not work yet. Only saw 1 girl who was rather rude and unhelpful. MANAGER in back never came out so I left went to Great Cuts no issues great service and haircuts. The hair cuttery has LOST a good customer.

First, I would like to say that Sara did a solid job. The cut and most of the color looks very good. However, the “Manager” of this location needs a serious lesson on customer service and satisfaction. As a matter of fact, I would like a district manager or corporate to reach out to me asap. All that is wanted is to get what was paid for, and if the manager calls what happened a “mistake” but then makes a half attempt at resolving the issue (at my cost), there’s a problem. Never was given the “manager’s” name, either. Please contact me via email or response to this review. If the situation is resolved, I’ll remove it.
