They are pathetic… please don’t go there. I went there for acrylic both for hands and toes which she misunderstood as pedicure and started doing that. When I asked her that I want acrylic for my toes too she behaved vey rudely and asked me too leave. Things could have settled in a polite way but they are very aggressive and do not want to talk and solve the problem. She left my work half done. Really disgusting service and rude welcome. I wish I have a option of 0 stars. She chopped my nails off

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI can’t express enough to NOT go here!! I went back 4 days after this incident because I couldn’t get out of my bed in SO MUCH pain and kindly asked for a refund. The people got so ugly with me, it was embarrassing and degrading. Poor quality, poor service, so unprofessional, charged me for a full manicure when she only cut cuticle, and butchered my toe!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON!I can’t express enough to NOT go here!! I can’t express enough to NOT go here!! I went back 4 days after this incident because I couldn’t get out of my bed in SO MUCH pain and kindly asked for a refund. The people got so ugly with me, it was embarrassing and degrading. Poor quality, poor service, so unprofessional, charged me for a full manicure when she only cut cuticle, and butchered my toe!!! I asked for a gel police but changed my mind to regular polish. I told them I wanted the same police but just regular. The worker had already cleaned my feet. The other worker said I had to get up and grab it when they could’ve just picked a similar one and I wouldn’t care. But they told me again that I had to grab it. The water in the sink was already gone and as I was getting up I felt like I was going to slip even getting back in. After I grabbed the same polish but just regular, Sat back down and he rubbed my feet and legs with my dirty feet because I had to put my sandals back on. Felt very rushed the whole time and I had to ask twice to clean under my toe nails. I didn’t want to tip but I did anyway because it’s the right thing to do. I was only in there for 20 mins but usually it’s 30-40 depending what your doing and how you’re taking your time. I’ve been to other nail salons that took their time with clients. Sad part was their weren’t many people in there. 🙁 I’ve gotta regular polish before at other nail salons and they never did 20 min pedi.

Today, was my first time at “I Love Nails” and it was a great place. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to get a good and fast pedicure. The staff was very friendly and the gentlemen (Danny) did a great job with both my pedicure and my gel nails. He was also great at giving my best friend and me advice on how to keep our nails strong and healthy.

I’ve been visiting different nail shops around Fresno to find my favorite ones. I heart Nails was the 4th one I visited in the past two months but they have been the best overall so far. They take care of you so well that you literally never have to lift a finger or toe. Their attention to detail and customer service is outstanding and the shop is extremely clean. I was a walk in and was sat within minutes. I felt so comfortable and relaxed, the music was in great taste too! They have amazing acrylics and pedi services, all at reasonable prices. I will definitely be coming here again. Thank you all staff for being so great!

Prices are reasonable but hopefully you get someone who does nails well. I’ve been here twice. I got a full acrylic set and they weren’t done too well, they were bumpy and the polish looked uneven. I took my daughter the second time and she got a different guy. He was amazing, and was very patient with my daughter, as it was her first time getting acrylics. Second time was good. I will be requesting him from now on. Pic of the good set.

Normally they are ok with service but the last time I went in the service was awful. The nail tech was rude and was irritated with anything I said. The worse part was she was so rough she cut me a few times on my finger tips! I won’t be going back recommending anyone else! Acrylic nails
