Edit: I am editing this review to share another experience. We came here to get my sister’s & my hair done for her wedding. The ladies that helped us were so sweet and nice, the whole salon (including clients) was lively with chatting between everyone. I had set my appointment for 30 minutes later than my sister because hers was supposed to take longer, but we were both seated immediately & both finished at the same time. Both of our hair was expertly done and came out so nice! It was a 1000% better experience than before!

I have gone back and forth about posting this, but my experience here made me incredibly uncomfortable. First, the atmosphere was just heavy, it seemed like we were an inconvenience when we stepped in, no other customers there. Maybe a total of two sentences were said to us the whole time. We go back, tell the stylist what we want, she begins my 9 year olds hair cut, everything is fine. Takes him back, washes his hair, and he sits back down to continue his hair cut. I then hear the stylist question my son about where his mask was. (I did not have him wear one because the last time we went they asked him if he was okay taking it off because it was getting in the way during the cut). He said he doesn’t know and she tells him she has one for him. First and foremost this is not something you address with a child, if he needed a mask something should have been said to me, I am not against them and would have had him put one on, why would you address him and make him feel pressured to wear one. When time to go she didn’t say anything to us, just asked the other stylist to check us out. His hair cut was great! But the attitude from that location and all around vibe was horrific. We will not be returning to this location.

The stylist did not know how to cut my hair. I could hotels she wasn’t comfortable with my type of hair after seeing the results and trying to guide her to do what I wanted. I also felt rushed. I ended up going home to do it myself.
