The stylist was unfortunately unsure how to do my cut properly ( it was a pretty simple high and tight) she felt very unsure of herself. I will commend she asked for help from the stylist next to her, unfortunately at this point my hair was much shorter and not looking the way I had asked / shown a picture of.

If i could give a zero i would only reason 1 star would be a manger trying to help and comfort at end as i was breaking down and crying. I went in for highlights and cut . My hair was ruined waist long hair fried to the point it needing to be cut . Hiding the fact hair was breaking off in brush fulls by taking it to a trash can further away. I’ve been a client of The Hair Cuttery for over 20 years. As with any salon that offers reasonable hair care services there is always the issue of high turnaround with its stylists. I’ve encountered it as I’m sure a large portion of the customer base has as well. The Hair Cuttery realized this and now offers its clients stylists based on years of experience with the top stylists titled Master Stylists – at a more advanced cost. For me – I’d rather pay the higher cost and receive experience over entry level. Great idea they came up with.

I will never go back to this hair cuttery my hair looks awful I asked for blonde and pink hair and I got orange and was told it couldn’t be fixed unless I paid for it I went into this hair cuttery twice for color and they messed it up awful experience very unprofessional definitely will not be going back plus they have young people who work there that are rude and have absolutely no idea what they are doing !

I had a simple cut (more of a trim), no wash, no blowdry. It cost 30 dollars. When I said the website said it would be $23 I was told the website had not been updated. I paid, I feel cheated. If you wish to be cheated use this store otherwise find another place to get your hair trimmed.
