Walk in accepted as I thought. but my daughter was getting a trim and the man availiable chopped her hair without any style or care. We asked for clip in back and front and he just cut the back then we needed to tell him again we needed a trim in the front too. Not impressed. I will not let him cut my child’s hair again. Make an appointment with someone you trust if you go to this location.

I got my hair done earlier today at 2:00pm and asked for shoulder length hair with face framing layers starting at the chin. My stylist (I would rather not mention her name) started doing my hair and I couldn’t tell in the salon because I couldn’t see the back that well, but when I got home and blow dried it, the hair was at all different lengths, and the haircut was not uniform. The hair closer to my face (not the part to be layered) was shorter in chunks than the hair at the back of my head. On top of that, the hair on the right side of my part was longer than the overall left side. I fixed it myself. Unfortunately, I can’t fix the face framing layers as she just cut them into bangs that end at my cheek bone as opposed to my chin. She double checked if chin length was okay and proceeded to start trimming at the cheeckbone and it was too late to say anything at that point. She also did not ask where I parted my hair and just did the hair cut for a middle part. The haircut was not worth $28.

THE WORST MOST RACIST Unorganized Salon in the entire DMV area, definitely not recommend at all. From all the places I’ve been to around the entire planet this salon by far is the worst! I called an hour ahead of time and the lady who picked up the phone told me to come , so I drove for 25 minutes to get there and then she says will we are not free !!! Come back in 3 hours from now , I asked her why would you tell me to come if you are not free, she says someone else walked in !!! I was shocked!!! I told her this is not acceptable, she started to yell at me and told me don’t talk to me like that !! Super super rude, the other one was just laughing and chatting with her friend during working hours and saw this and completely ignored me, I asked for the store manager and no response! This is the worst most unorganized salon I’ve been to

Myrna has been cutting my hair since 2015 and though I can’t always get to Gainesville when I want it is refreshing to see her after a long stay away, I don’t want anyone else cutting my hair, Myrna is a top notch lady who I enjoy seeing when I visit the cuttery, I went today (11/5/22) after a long in between visit and it was like old times, Myrna is the best, THE BEST!

I am very disappointed. My son just had the worst hair cut anyone can have. Seamed to be a new beginner person who is supper nice and kind, however even the basics of a hair cut were not done to my son. Another person tried to fix the mess and ended up leaving with a military hair cut for my son. It’s the unfixable mess anyone can walk into a barber shop and walk out with.
