My grand daughter has a full head of long thick hair. (not bragging) She has been tender-headed since she was born! LOL Kimica washed, conditioned, detangled and gave her a blow out. My grand daughter was afraid in the beginning, Kimica calmed her down, completed the process NO SCREAMS and no jumping out of the chair. Wonderful Great Professional.
