I went there for color and cut. I am happy with the color, the cut is terrible. I asked for a bob and I don’t know what to call my cut. The whole time Anne was cutting my hair, she had me facing away from the mirror. I asked for a diagonal cut above my ears. What I had was awful. At first I liked it, the next day I washed my hair. It is flat and looks awful. I am not a stylist, I have no idea how my hair was styled. Awful. Now I have to go some place else to get my hair done the way I want it. 125.00 down the drain and the 20.00 tip

Walked in with a friend, was signed in, was told one of us would be after another lady went and the other would be at 1:05. Got us checked in, and was waiting. Another lady walked up and started saying “you’re gonna have to wait until 1:25, we’re too busy” and when we explained we were already checked in, she gave us straight attitude. There’s no reason to be like that, you simply just explain that you’re busy and there may be a wait, and after being corrected, find the hiccup and apologize. There was no need to get an attitude with us over something as small as that. Will not be going back.

Well the customer service is 0 here. I reached 2 hours earlier befre they close and still they didnt give an appointment simply because they didnt wanted to work. There wasnt a single person in line. I have been to this location 2 times and have had nothing but great experiences with both Alecia and Ashley. Both phenomenal. I’ve been to other locations and this location has to be my favorite as both women have listened to what I was looking for and executed along with giving me advice on hair care. Im very particular on my hair length and both stylists have not let me down on what I end up with on the finishing results. Very informative on what they are doing next in the process . I have never left a haircut and cried in my car, but there’s a first for everything. I asked to get my haircut just above the shoulders, and ended up with something more in line with my jaw. As a curly haired person, this has since shrunk to something even shorter. My designer asked if it was the right length when cutting a back piece (which was the right length), which I agreed with. However, she then cut the front far shorter. I can no longer put my hair in a ponytail or bun, something I mentioned I needed to be able to do. I have never before been this devastated. As someone who works out every day, not being able to put my hair up is misery. I had always been happy with my results at Hair Cuttery before, but never again!
