Worst service by manager and when we went back to see hair the one she worked on went so bad and when i ask for refund they wouldn’t give me. It’s been 2 months i am still struggling for my money it’s $350.00. For them it’s little money but for me it’s my hard work. I been call at horsham location for more than 3 times and they said it’s been processing. It’s been 2 months. They shouldn’t do for anyone else.

They scheduled me for a French braid on Monday for Saturday. I got a call from them very late Friday afternoon saying they made a mistake & couldn’t do it. I was going to my 50th high school reunion on Saturday night and wanted to look my best. So…I called Spa Essence in Warminster. I’ve never been there before. I had a wonderful experience here! My daughter and I both had our hair cut by Moi. She did a phenomenal job and cut our hair exactly how we asked her to. She took her time and went over and double checked the cuts to make sure they were perfect. All of the other staff members working there were extremely kind and friendly as well. I’ll definitely only be asking Moi to cut our hair from now on!

First off, it felt like we were in the twilight zone, very unfriendly staff with the exception of the guy who cut her hair he was nice enough. However once we got home I was able to blow dry her hair we noticed how incredibly uneven the cut is, especially in the back, it’s all different lengths and not in a layered way in a chopped off look. First off, it felt like we were in the twilight zone, very unfriendly staff with the exception of the guy who cut her hair he was nice enough.
