Easy online check in, promptly greeted at the counter and hair cut for my son started within 5 minutes. They have notes in computer from his last cut and just tweeked a few things per his request. I had a coupon code from an email and we were done within 15 minutes. His stylist was friendly and chatted with him. Overall a very good experience.
