Had an awful haircut. The person butchered hairs to the point i had to go redo my hairs. On top of that was pulling out the hairs because she doesn’t know how to use it properly. I give this place 1 star as of an owner probably doesn’t care if that person is still there giving people horrible service. Highly recommend to avoid this place at any cost.

I use to come here all the time and with a busy schedule being able to walk in and not wait long was the benefit. Now that it’s appt only, I went down the street and walked right in. I feel bad for the employees that are only following protocol but I’ll probably just frequent competitors out of convenience. As far as the hair cut itself, I never had a problem here.

I had a haircut this morning (6/11/2019) at the Richboro Hair Cuttery. I reserved the appointment on the app. I chose Kathleen, because she was the most experienced/expensive of all the stylists and thought I would get a haircut/service comparable to that. I was wrong. I was immediately told that she was double-booked, and that it would be about a 15-minute wait. That is fine. Those things happen. When I finally did get into the chair, the haircut lasted all of (7) minutes. I have thinning hair on the top, which can be tricky to address. Hair that takes a little more time to address properly. I have never felt so rushed through a haircut in my entire life. The electric cutter she initially used was grabbing/pulling my hair. I had to speak up that it was hurting because it appeared as if she would continue using it. Something that never happened before…I was offered to get my hair shampooed at the END of the haircut. That was a first. She did not even offer to trim my eyebrows, which I heard another stylist offer their male customer. The entire experience felt as if I was being rushed so that she could get back on schedule and deal with more profitable customers who were getting highlights, etc. I was charged for a shampoo and cut even though I did not get my hair shampooed. I would not recommend Kathleen and the Richboro Hair Cuttery in general f you are a guy looking to get a haircut.
