I have tried all major massage parlors in Tucson and even seen chiropractors for about 6 months for whiplash injury from a car accident, without any real relief. Michael did one hour of deep tissue massage on my neck and shoulders, and I walked out of there able to lift my arms straight above my head easily and without pain. Just by the way he talks with you, you can tell he takes his job very seriously and holds himself to a high standard of massage. Would highly recommend!

Michael gives one of the best massages that I think I have ever had, when he finds a spot that is really tight and painful, if you ask him about it, he always knows the how, what and why it is that way. Michael will give you instruction on what to do or not to do to keep your painful points from getting worse and usually if you follow his advice, it will help you achieve improvement. I would totally recommend Michael for a peaceful, relaxing and purposeful massage!!!

As someone who has received healing massage for decades, I cannot recommend Michael Carnes at Affordable Massage Healing too highly. New to Tucson, I looked for a highly skilled therapist to help my recovery from a broken clavicle. Good call! He helped me regain full range of motion in the affected shoulder within months. One session alone I gained 90+ degrees. His technique is gentle and effective.
