Claire is phenomenal. She cuts mine and my husband’s hair and his beard trim. She takes excellent care of us every single time. Her shampoos are second to NONE. My hair has never been healthier and it’s all thanks to her! We always feel so welcome by all the staff. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and caring. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I admit a wonderful healthy much needed repair was made on my 1st visit, and the 2nd great color. However both visits I made it clear as to how I liked style and lots of height. Both times it was almost flat when I left and visit 2 not even trimmed and its obvious its thicker and longer on 1 side. No warm and inviting feeling.

Claire was the first stylist I went to after moving back to Hickory, it normally takes me so many tries to find a stylist who understands curly hair styles/cuts but Claire nailed it then and does every time! She does an amazing job of delivering exactly what I envision each appointment. The salon is also always clean, inviting, and professional staff. Claire was the first stylist I went to after moving back to Hickory, it normally takes me so many tries to find a stylist who understands curly hair styles/cuts but Claire nailed it then and does every time! Critical: QualityGood people, just very very mediocre/poor haircut. This is the equivalent to going to sports clips or great clips for guys. I’m sure it’s better for females, but I wouldn’t return here for a men’s haircut. But this was my fault for not doing enough research before going here.
