Got a bleach and tone, my hairdresser had to get help from her boss multiple times, the boss even eventually took over and finished it for her, blonde looked good but they did not completely get my roots and the bleaching was uneven at my roots too. I had been there for three hours already and didn’t wanna be there any longer so I ignore the roots, paid and left. Don’t think I’d go back.
