It was horrible Roxanne I know my hair told her what to do a perm went in neck length hair out 1 Inc in back hair,, razor my neck no little bite I did not want her to do that,,,,I feel so ugly,,,neaver in my life so ugly in life bad,,,cut I told her what to do,,I cut my hair allwsys it looks like a mullet,,I cut it that rude sweater wet at wrist dragging it all over my face there’s more. Wet all down my back pockets wet,,,do what the customers wants,,,not what you want,,yes I had license so I know. Horrible neaver been so upset crying all the way home
