I went to Jen because she was highly recommended by someone with great hair. Jen did a great job perking up my hair, which was beginning to look dry. Jen knew exactly what to do. She took her time and colored, conditioned, cut, and blew dry my hair. When she was finished I immediately got compliments on my new hairdo! I’m a very happy customer!

Highly recommend!! 1st time client turned into forever client! Great to hair hair stylist actually LISTEN to what you want to achieve + master what you want! I have great silvery grey hair. Another stylist recommended adding some silver streaks, unfortunately, that turned part of my hair very dull yellow. For year I tried every purple shampoo + conditioner out there. Nothing helped. I told Jen I wanted a metallic silver color + I wanted to remove all of the dull yellow hair removed…. She added metallic silver to areas that needed it + Left all of the multi colors in my hair to keep dimension! I’m growing my hair out + she just clipped my unruly ends. I left very happy – which is rare… I will be back ~

Critical: QualityThe absolute worst hair cut and color I have ever had…and I tipped her. Complete lack of communication – she does what she wants. I asked for layers and no platinum or red. Showed her several pictures. I got everything I told her I didn’t want. She blunt cut chunks in my hair – way to short. I’m a year later still waiting for it to grow out so I don’t have to wear a hat or it up in a clip in public. When I called Jen to find out what could be done – she blamed the condition of my hair and took no responsibility. Only offered for me to come back in and she would see what she could do…BTW She never mentioned ANY issues with it’s condition before she started working on me. I decided I was too afraid of it getting worse.
