Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI just have to say that I called Joanne at the last minute before a vacation with quite a request. I needed a haircut, and a full head of highlights but couldn’t make it to her until after work, which was late. She graciously took me and not only did what I asked but also covered my grays, gave me a keratin conditioning and a leave in conditioner. My hair was so dry, knotty, frizzy and damaged so she had her work cut out for her. She worked on me until 11:30pm! A total stranger. If she was nice enough to do that for someone she didn’t know I can imagine how well she treats her regular customers. Needless to say she did an amazing job. My hair came out exactly how I pictured it and is so nice and shiny and soft. I could not be more thankful. She is now my designated hair stylist for life. I will be going back to her soon for a keratin treatment and I’m referring everyone I know to her. I just have to say that I called Joanne at the last minute before a vacation with quite a request. I needed a haircut, and a full head of highlights but couldn’t make it to her until after work, which was late. She graciously took me and not only did what I asked but also covered my grays, gave me a keratin conditioning and a leave in conditioner. She did the cut and advised me to leave my hair alone for awhile. When I came back she did an absolutely amazing job fixing my mess up without further damaging my hair! Joanne saved my diy quarantine hair! After doing extensive damage I went to her for a cut and correction. She did the cut and advised me to leave my hair alone for awhile. When I came back she did an absolutely amazing job fixing my mess up without further damaging my hair! I highly recommend she’s so sweet and the environment is very warm.
