Critical: ProfessionalismCalled to see if I could make an appointment they told to call back at 12:30 to see what time I could come, they called me at 12:15 told me to come on. I got there at 1:15 5 chairs were full everyone was braiding hair so I told them that if I was going to have wait I would come back another time. The lady I am assuming is the owner told me don’t be coming in rushing her and I said I’m serious but in a playful manner I can come back, she said what color you want I told her assuming she was gone start on my head she got the color came to me I asked if the color was a 4 because before I had a 1 put in my head and no one said anything she said I see you gone be a problem and I said no I’m not as soon as you start on my head I’ll be quiet then she said you sure you gone be quiet? I’m probably gone have to get some water to put under your mouth so you’ll be quiet and I said don’t worry about it I’ll find someone else to my hair. Once inside the facility, I wasn’t nervous at all being my first visit. I was very pleased with my hair style and the value for it. Definitely will be returning again in the future.
