Thes gals were amazing! My mom and I went in late for our appointment. They told us upfront that since we were late we would have to reduce what we scheduled. Totally understandable! Despite this they had a cancellation and were able to do the full service for my mom!

We got a couples Swedish massage and highly recommend Greensboro Day Spa! This was not only the most reasonable place for a massage, but the only one that offers a couple massage. Mia & Sophie gave excellent massages, and were very precessional, communicative, and made us feel comfortable. The Swedish massage included hot towels, and drinks afterwards that we got to enjoy in “the nest”.

The massage I had from Alex was outstanding, as well as the 24k gold facial. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I was offered a mimosa and heated neck wrap after my facial, which was a really nice surprise, before I went down for a manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was enjoyable, and looks fine. My manicure, less than 24 hours later has to be removed. I will definitely return but I would skip the nail services next time.

Got a gel manicure the night before I left for a trip to France. Mae said it lasts 2 weeks. Literally the morning of my trip my nails already were chipping. Really disappointing since I’ve been to this salon twice before for gelx. Paying $40 for a manicure that didn’t even last 24 hours is so frustrating. I am very unhappy with my service.

Greensboro Day Spa is located where my old spa used to be, so naturally we decided to give them a try. They were wonderful! My mother and I both went in for birthday pedicures and they did a great job! My pedicure was done by a man named Danny, he was very professional and easy to talk to about what I may want done to my nails in the future. They have a very cool machine that looks initially as if its simply a table, but it actually dries your toenails with air! It was a very exciting visit, everyone was SO nice and friendly! I got into some good conversations with some of the staff, very welcoming. All in all we absolutely loved it and we will be coming back! I do wish to note that the Greensboro Day Spa offers MANY different services, all I can comment on currently are their nail services, but it was such a wonderful experience I will definitely be coming back for more! Did I mention the complimentary glass of wine while getting my pedicure? I love this place! If you want professional nail art that looks amazing make an appointment with Cam, she is very talented and she does quick work. <3

My massage was great. We talked about chiropractic medicine & my masseuse recommended a chiropractor. She gave a card with the phone number on it. I also got my eyebrows done. Whoever has the braces & short, dark hair looked at my things when I set them down & saw the card. She asked me about it, & informed me that the masseuse had put in her two weeks notice so giving me that card was against her contract (in an extremely gossipy, snotty tone). Afterwards, I walked up to checkout where her & several other girls were clearly talking about the card. She told me that she needed to “confiscate the card” as it was against my masseuse’s contract. I let her know that this is none of my business & she is extremely unprofessional. She told me that she “didn’t want to get legal involved”. So, extremely inappropriate to involve clients in your employee relation issues and then threaten me with legal action over a card that I specifically requested. I was looking forward to buying a few gift cards for my family & friends, but I will never come back here. Aside from this EXTREMELY unprofessional interaction, her customer service was garbage. Also, generally when the client solicits the provider it doesn’t breach a non-compete clause. Regardless, teach that girl how to operate in a professional setting or get rid of her.

This review is based on working for this spa:Therapist BEWARE. Shady business practice here. Toxic work environment. They have family and current staff leave 5 star reviews. While working here I encountered the owners spread gossip, calling staff names, they use your cash tip to make change for guests and leave “IOU” in envelope. Very unprofessional work etiquette. They work on intoxicated people, bully you, have unlicensed aestheticians give massages if they are short staffed. During my time here I never called out, missed a shift or handled myself anything but professional. I worked on a client Thursday who was an out of state client (see post from Connor) who happens to be a Veteran he asked for my contact info after a session to discuss a local Chiropractor who works with Veterans. I gave him my number bc I wanted to stay in contact with him when he visits NC. After the session I was cornered, accused and basically attacked by the male owner who said I was handing out personal business cards and stealing business. They told me I was in breach of my “contract” lol Which is a lie and I was NEVER allowed to give my side of things, What’s funny is this accusations comes from me putting in a 2 weeks notice leaving to pursue my other career, I have never and would never steal business. This place is a joke. They don’t pay for services you complete, I was immediately locked out of the system to check my sessions completed after the last session. Visit and you will get the vibe real quick. Good Luck!

Absolutely amazing service by Mia and Ashley. I had a massage and Pedi as a gift. I just relocated to Greensboro and the services here are great, they offer everything. I definitely will be back!

Danielle does a great massage and the zen corner/nook was amazing! The only thing I would recommend is a different changing area/setup. The little room with the curtain (right next to the check-in desk upstairs, yikes!) didn’t feel very private and I was so afraid someone would fling the curtain back while I was changing. Also, the cabinet didn’t lock so my belongings weren’t secure. Other than that, everything was great.
