Terrible experience. Don’t waste your money. They put me in the open reception area where I could hear everything: incoming phone calls, clients checking in, the bathroom flushing. Not the relaxing spa feel one would hope their massage would have. They had one woman start my massage and after a few minutes she left and the receptionist took over, then left when someone came in. Just left me alone on the table behind a partition for a few minutes. Finally a young man came over to continue but I had enough. They then moved me to a room and he started again. He seemed inexperienced and didn’t even massage my neck. Spent all the time on my back and arms. Absolutely terrible. Will never go back.
