Employees are all so nice, the business was very clean and felt very comfortable. The employees actually talk to you and care about your opinion and they joke around which makes you feel like a friend. This was probably the best nail salon I’ve ever been too and thankful to have found it! There hasn’t been many updates on their Facebook so I thought they were closed down. Luckily they weren’t! Thank you to the woman who done my nails, I unfortunately didn’t get her name. If you see this, you are awesome!

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI was able to make an appointment but was terribly disappointed with the quality of the acrylic nails/polish service I received at Greenfield Nails. This is the first time I visited this salon and I found it to be very dirty and messy. The man that did my nails was very rough and nicked my cuticles when he filed them. Afterwards, my nails looked so short and thick. As you can see in the picture they left residue under my nails too. The staff was definitely NOT friendly. I will not be back. You are going to pay about the same price everywhere. I was able to make an appointment but was terribly disappointed with the quality of the acrylic nails/polish service I received at Greenfield Nails. This is the first time I visited this salon and I found it to be very dirty and messy. The man that did my nails was very rough and nicked my cuticles when he filed them. Afterwards, my nails looked so short and thick. As you can see in the picture they left residue under my nails too. The staff was definitely NOT friendly. I will not be back. You are going to pay about the same price everywhere. I will drive a little to get better quality and service!

i usually recommend this place and i have many times and gotten my nails done a few times but recently the service has not been what it was. i walked in they told me no wait for a full set. i sit and the lady asks what color and i show her the design. i am now waiting after being told no wait then two women walk in after me asking one for a dip the other for a full set and they put them in front of me skip over me twice. twice. it’s just rude and unprofessional the first lady had a baby and and i am a mother so i understood but then to be skipped over again by another lady asking for a full set i won’t be back now.

She took her time and tried to make my nails look just like my inspiration picture. Since they do such good work, I would recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time instead of just walking in, because they can get busy at times. I will continue to come back here, and most likely will continue to request Yen for my nails!

I’ve been going there for just over a year now. Van does a great job and listens to what you have to say. People criticizing the cleanliness of the place must not have been going to Greenfield nails because it is very clean. I would say it is very important though to book an appointment and not walk in and expect to get served anytime soon. They are always busy and booked up.

i will not be coming back here! When I got there I was waiting in the chairs and a guy came over to me (don’t know the name) and asked me what color and i said i wanted white with glitter and he acted like he had no clue what i meant and i showed the picture and then he took me back. I sat down and everything was going good and i told him i wanted them short so he starts filing them down and i asked if he could go shorter and he started getting mad with me shaking his head and rolled his eyes and when it was time to do the colors i showed the picture and he still kind of seemed a little confused and i said i wanted white nails with glitter on them. he gets out a like clear pink color and starts doing them and puts glitter just on the ends and showed me them and i said i wanted glitter all over and he seemed to start getting mad and i did not get what i wanted but was too afraid to say anything because i already felt uncomfortable after he seemed so mad about the other stuff. i put in 2 pictures of what i asked for and then a picture of what i got. MINE ARE SEE THROUGH!!!! no this is not what i wanted even though they are similar it’s definitely not what i asked for and i will not be back.

I had a great experience here last year. This time though when the man did my nails he was extremely roughed and caused a few of my fingers to bleed. On top of that my acrylics started chipping after 4 days and then started coming off. After a week I only have 3 that aren’t chipped or fallen off. I am extremely careful with my nails so there is no reason they should’ve come off or chipped this easily.
