Critical: Quality$ 70 for this? I wanted regular gel nails and she took the nerve to put on cheap false nails I hadn’t even asked for. She assured me that I would love them and it was the opposite. I put them on Thursday, the next day two fell off and on Saturday two more. I didn’t even make any kind of effort to make this happen. I demand a refund.

Critical: ValueMy experience at this establishment was unpleasant from start to finish. I absolutely dreaded each moment being in there. For starters, too remove my previous nail polish, they had me soak my hands in a bowl of acetone which made my fingers get all dry and it just felt texturally damaging to my skin! Then they say, that I’m being charged $5 to remove the previous color, I have never in my life been charged for that too be done. That ticks me off, but I’m there so I reluctantly continue. I ended up doing gel, normally I do sns, the person painting my nails leaves a huge gaping space between my cuticle and the polish line! If I’m spending all of this money to get my nails done, there shouldn’t be a space that noticeable there, so I mention it to her too please correct- she looks at me like I have 3 heads, like my request is too much to ask of her, AND she didn’t even paint my nails nicely- like, why was that something that I even had to say out loud?? My experience at this establishment was unpleasant from start to finish. I absolutely dreaded each moment being in there. For starters, too remove my previous nail polish, they had me soak my hands in a bowl of acetone which made my fingers get all dry and it just felt texturally damaging to my skin! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI took my family to Green Leaf nail salon and the experience was great. They closed at eight o clock and 3 of us came to get our feet, nails, and eyebrows done at 7:15pm. This made them close 20 minutes late and they did not once complain, they all have great customer service skills. This is a professional business and the end results were better than what we expected. Jade and KC were wonderful to us all, and they took their time. I took my family to Green Leaf nail salon and the experience was great. They closed at eight o clock and 3 of us came to get our feet, nails, and eyebrows done at 7:15pm. This made them close 20 minutes late and they did not once complain, they all have great customer service skills. This is a professional business and the end results were better than what we expected. Jade and KC were wonderful to us all, and they took their time. Lastly, they are not that nail salon that’s always offering and trying to sell the highest priced products to you, after you already explained what you wanted.
