This place is okay overall and I come here for mine and my son’s haircut but I don’t understand how the management is okay with how NANCY treats customers. She refused to cut my teenage son’s hair when I requested to do a little improvement, she refused to wipe off the hair when done and never apologized for the treatment and walked away. She is very loud and rude and I have never seen such disregard for customers.

My husband had a haircut here and a very bad experience with it. The stylist used very sharp trimmers and literally there are cuts on the back of his neck and its fully red even after 4 days of haircut. Very unprofessional service. Will never go there again.
