Positive: QualityI went here a while ago and it is one of my favorite small businesses in Albany. I got a basic facial last time and I walked out of there with a new face. The facial massage techniques are really good and give you a nice lift. I made an appointment in advance which I suggest as this place books pretty quickly. I went here a while ago and it is one of my favorite small businesses in Albany. I got a basic facial last time and I walked out of there with a new face. The facial massage techniques are really good and give you a nice lift. I made an appointment in advance which I suggest as this place books pretty quickly. The woman who did my facial did a wonderful job, but you definitely have to trust the process a bit if you aren’t used to facial techniques that are more popular in the East.

I was a bit skeptical because of the mixed reviews, but my boyfriend and I had a phenomenal time here! We got the couples massage for $100, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our massages. The massage definitely wasn’t a Swedish style massage, so if that’s what you’re expecting you’ll be surprised, but that didn’t make the massage any less relaxing! I felt so much less stressed and got rid of the tension I was carrying in my body. The building was clean and nicely decorated, and the staff member who massaged us was polite, friendly, and lovely to talk to. I will definitely be visiting this spa again the next time I go to Albany!

There is a groupon that continually runs for this business which is how I ended up taking the chance. I got a 60min massage with a 30 min facial. My masseuse was punctual- the interior and massage room were cozy, very clean, and tastefully decorated. I really enjoyed my massage. I would suggest to keep an open mind if you are used to the traditional westerner and swedish massage as this is not that. It was firm and thorough, which I appreciated, my masseuse was very sensitive to me and adjusted her technique to my comfort. Definitley worth a return trip!

Definitely a deal! Used a groupon and had a 90 min massage and 30 min facial for $82…unheard of. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. DEEP pressure but it really worked a lot of knots out and felt great afterwards.

Got a groupon deal for a 90 min massage + 30 min facial. The lady was nice enough to fit me into her busy schedule BUT I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. 1. The massage felt rushed and superficial, massages my arms for maybe 1 min each total. 2. The deal was for 90 min and I got a 60 min massage (she didn’t set a timer or anything as they usually do so you know you got your money’s worth). 3. The facial… wasn’t a facial. She barely cleaned my face with paper towels and water from idk where, she used a couple creams and then put a mask on my face and left me in the room for like 30min waiting. She then peeled it off and left mask residue all over my neck and ears. I’m not sure if this was all bc I used a groupon deal, but even that money seems like a waste. I honestly wouldn’t go back here.

Not what i was use to. I have been to other oriental spas that were better. I was expecting more than what i was given. At the end i was left in the room with a mask on my face for like 20-30mins. I ended up taking the mask off and thats when the lady walked in. I rather go somewhere else next time.

Girlfriend and I felt it was really sketchy. I think the guy who extended for the hour got his happy ending. Quality was low, but there were hands touching me so technically it was a massage? They kept leaving the room. And slapping us lightly. I got punched a few times

Came here during posted open hours and door was locked. This explained why they didn’t answer my three calls throughout the day… I figured that all the therapists were occupied and couldn’t get to the phone, but they were just plain closed.
