As a patient of well over 15 years I came to know Kim pretty well as a client and a friend. I cared about her and her and her family. Suddenly, I learned she was too sick to see clients when I arrived at my appointment to find a locked door. Then, when I called to set a time to see her she never called me back. I finally drove over 30 miles to see her office, only to see a Kim with a new personality, who was rude and nasty and refused to see me. I am perplexed. I truly cared about her for many years as a friend and more than just a business associate. I do not know anyone else in Grand Ledge, or anyone else who knows her. The complete change in her is concerning. Typically this kind of High School behavior shows a lack of maturity and professionalism, and is not something I had seen previously.
