Worst ppl I have ever met!!!!The hair cutter runs trimmer over my ears and then says there was a pimple which broke while i pat your ear with cloth and then when I tell him I had no pimple he says okay then I will not cut your hair anymore instead of accepting his mistake!!! I had to leave the place due to the same and go to another place to get it fixed. No one took any responsibility but just argued with me saying it was my mistake. According to them a vertical cut is a pimple I do not know in which world. Worst place to go to cut hair ever.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI took my daughter to get her haircut. It was her first time choosing all the details herself. Her technician was absolutely amazing. Listened to all her questions and sometimes peculiar requests and handled it like to champ. While my daughter was getting her hair done another technician helped me with my problematic hair texture. She was super knowledgeable about all there products and wasn’t trying to sell me things I didn’t need. That night i went home shampooed and conditioned my hair with my new items and did a leave in light weight treatment. I couldn’t believe how my hair felt after one use. These girls we so amazing I wish i new there names to ensure they get the proper recognition they deserve. I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK! My stylist name was Angela and she SNATCHED HED my hair (in a good way). I got colour, a trim, wash, a deep conditioning treatment, blow out and straighten for only $110! She was AMAZING explained every step and everything she was using. I have never gotten my hair coloured before and she assured me everything would be great and it came out PERFECT. If you come here ask for Angela.

Today I decided to try to box highlight my hair, well it turned into a blotchy orange mess. I called Jcpenney salon and they said they could help me! Chelsea did an amazing job and fixed it! Not only did she fix it, she gave me the highlights and lowlights and they came out amazing!!! Thank you for turning my orange hair into a masterpiece!!!

If i could have given no star i would . I use to go here alot . Never had an issue. Went here today to see about a prem. The lady wouldn’t do it . She complained about my hair being long and the type of curl I wanted. I feel because I’m mixed race and had wavy hair already is the reason why she wouldn’t do my hair because it would take long .when I called her out on it she got mad and talked bad about me as I was walking out. Sad but true. All most had me in tears . I’ll stick to my Spanish or Africa American for my hair from now on.
