The first time I went here I had a good experience. This last time was not so great. The lady seemed to be rushing through my haircut and didn’t end up giving me what I wanted, she also didn’t even attempt to style my hair or to be friendly. I’ve been going to Great Clips for years, and I’ve seen it all. Stylists who hide in the back when they see me coming, abruptly going on a break, or pretending to busy themselves with their cell phones in an attempt to evade serving me, all because they downright fear my hair. Most of the time, the stylists there do a wonderful job and when they don’t, to management’s credit, they have always made an effort to make it right. So I keep coming back because, more than anything else, it’s convenient.
