Critical: QualityTook my 14 yr old here on Saturday to get her haircut for back to school. Showed the woman who was working the cut she wanted and the lady said she could do it. After butchering 4 i ches ot more of my poor girls hair she showed her the cut. My daughter said it was flat and not layered how she wanted and also very sharp on the bottom. Instead of fixing it she goes on to try and convince us to let her do a different kind of layeri g than what she wanted. We said no and by this time my daughter was in tears. We left without paying and my girl im tears with much shorter hair than she wanted. Thankfully the salon next door was able to save her hair and even with it being shorter she is happy.
