My experience with this spa was amazing. Right when I walked in, everything was very clean and the staff had been quick to attend to me. I didn’t have to wait very long. I had a manicure done here in October. I’m giving 3 stars because of how the cuticles were handled. The manicurist kept cutting the folds, skin. With each cut she was pulling instead of clipping. One of my fingers bleed, and she had to redo that one. Several fingers were red and sore later on. Days later, I had skin tearing around each nail. The place is clean, and the polish did last a good 10-11 days before they began to chip. I only wish the cuticles were handled properly.
