Super convenient location and easy check in using the app. The previous manager Shannon was so good. She was friendly and she always did a great job and i was happy to leave with a good hair cut. Today i walked in to my surprise, she is no longer there, a new manager cut my hair and looks like she is in a rush to go somewhere. Messed up my hair. If you are spending $20 i expect a minimum courtesy for them to ask how it is and need any hair products. Don’t expect to get a tip with a pathetic service. This happened with another employee too, he didn’t know what he was doing. It made me think, i should look for another good hair dresser . 5 ⭐️’s for Shannon !!

Unfortunately I never had a bad haircut until the manager changed the stylist staff recently . My daughter and I went for a basic haircut and the new staff couldn’t cut our hair correctly. Will have to find another place. Sucks because it was right down the street from my house. Haircut

Why have the app if it is more than an hour inaccurate? At 10:15 they gave me a 45 minute wait time. At 10:45 they changed it to 25 more minutes. At 10:55 changed my wait time to 62 minutes. They blame it on breaks and going to lunch. They open at 9 and go to lunch by 11? I would t mind if they said it’s a 2 hrs wait. Fix the app or manage time better. We all have things to do.
