My sister went to get a long bob cut but they cut it too short & it looked like she got a bowl cut. When it was my turn they told me it was going to be an hour wait when my name was #1 on the wait list. I told the lady to cut straight across & then she proceeded to ask me multiple times if I wanted it cut straight across & she STILL CUT MY HAIR IN A V SHAPE. She also kept hitting me with her comb, telling me to put my head down when I was trying to talk to her about my hair. The one time I go to a “professional” place to cut my hair in YEARS & she messed it up. Thankfully my boyfriend did a way better job and fixed it for me.

I’m not one to write a review but I came in to get a hair cut and I showed a photo and I’ve shown this photo to other people they all did the same thing they cut my hair the same way but I showed this photo to this one lady who worked here and it was completely off she did something way different and it came out horrible but it’s ok hair grows back but unfortunately I won’t be coming back

My 4 year old is good with haircuts, but the stylist went above and beyond to communicate with him during the haircut nonetheless. My stylist did exactly what I wanted and was also pleasant to chat with. I’ve been a regular at another chain for years but will most likely switch now because of the quality of this store’s service.

I live very close to great clip and I’ve been there to get my hair cut ever another month, All the young girls who works there are well done with my hair cut…i wish that I can keep same one to cut my hair I dont like to change someone to cut my hair every time, but it seems like I have no choice have to changed most the time.
