It seems like the people who work here have no training what so ever. I have taken my 5 year old son here twice and my husband has gotten his haircut here twice and every time its worse. My husband is starting a new job tomorrow and this was the only place open on a Monday so he went. She shaved the sides of his head way too high and left the top very long, like bangs. It looked better before he left the house and I actually ended up having to shave his head at home. This is very unfortunate because the location and hours are very convenient but its just not worth it anymore. Do not get your haircut here, and if you do, prepare to clean it up yourself when you get home.

I asked for a long bob curling under at shoulder length, but it stuck out straight by the next day. Now I have to use tong’s to curl it under. I not sure if I should go back or choose a different hair dresser. I’ll send another review when my hair looks good.

I know many women won’t go to a chain hair salon, but believe me, these ladies are as experienced as those at a pricey alternative. My fine hair is the bain of my existence. I used to spent a lot of money at Aveda and other high end stylists, the results were not any better, just more expensive. Give them a chance!

Critical: QualityThe absolute worst cut and on top of that it was just a terrible experience overall. She kept dropping the clippers and would not clean them before using them. To be completely honest I don’t think she cleans her equipment. She’s extremely old and does not need to be cutting hair, period!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityIt’s been years since I’ve gotten a hair cut from this place and I remember why now. Prior to getting a haircut they asked me for my cell number. I told them I wasn’t giving them my phone number. There is absolutely no reason they need my cell number for a haircut unless they want to sell my personal information. That’s not safe and I refused to give them my info and in return they said I couldn’t get a haircut. Horrible business practice but again it’s Great Clips. Better off getting a better haircut from a better Barber shop and not having my personal info shared. My son and I get our hair cut here. I love their check in app because when you get there you are already pre-registered so you don’t end up waiting for very long no matter how many other people are there. The hair stylists are always nice and do a good job.

Always do online check in, otherwise there can be a lengthy wait. But if you have to wait, it’s in a great location to get other errands done while you’re waiting. The people who work there have always been really nice to my son and I, and we’ve been happy with the haircuts. We’ve been going there for a few years now.
