Critical: ProfessionalismHumiliating experience. I was made to feel as though my hair was beyond help. My hair had been growing out of a short pixie cut. I needed to have it cut into a transitional style. I asked to have the least amount of length cut in order to blend it all together. I thought this was a very simple explanation especially when communicating with a hair stylist. The first stylist started tugging at my hair sayingit would be impossible to achieve. She had anger issues and I asked if someone else could do it. She agreed that would be best. While waiting for another stylist I saw her warning her about me. The second stylist was very nervous which made it very hard for me to communicate my request. She finally managed to do what I wanted. I am SO happy I came here for a hair cut. As a first time client I can say my expectations were exceeded. After having long hair for so long I decided it was time for a change and chop it off. A huge Thank You to Tanisha for helping me reach that goal and making this change easier by not only nailing the look I was going for but for her expertise input and suggestions. This was my first time at this location. They greeted me quickly and with enthusiasm. They asked if I had checked in online. I had not, but this is an efficient option. I was checked in and pulled back for my haircut and beard trim. The woman who cut my hair, sadly I did not get her name, was very personable. The hair cut was quick, painless and great! The beard trim, was my first! I highly recommend Great Clips and this location especially!
