I usually use a different locatikn but like was in Danvers at the time so I called ahead.. I had an appointment and they were able to take me early, which was appreciated. But then they hurried the cut and rushed me out! I mean seriously. Three stylists on, and one person waiting, who was also early. The girl didn’t give me her name when she sat me. Asked me what I wanted and proceeded to quickly cut my hair in less than 10 minutes! Um… no. I wanted it shorter on top but the girl said it can’t go shorter cuz of my fingers. Uh… don’t just say the clippers are the only option cuz every stylist can accommodate a shorter top cut without a buzzereven if they ask a fellow associate to take a look. $22 for a rushed haircut not as short as I would normally get. Not happy and will not go to this location again.

I came in with five different colors in my hair they were all different shades of blonde from mistakes of other beauticians. Daniela absolutely exceeded my expectations and made my hair exactly what I wanted. She is very meticulous and methodical as she’s doing your hair and treats you as if it was her in the chair. I just had an appointment with Daniela at this location. I came in with five different colors in my hair they were all different shades of blonde from mistakes of other beauticians. Trinity has been cutting my hair and my special needs brother for a few years now. She worked the Wilmington super cuts before the virus started . We always look foward to her haircuts . She always makes us feel comfortable, does great work , and we never have to tell her what to do , I have full trust in her. I’m very picky when it comes to my haircuts ,as a child my father was a barber and owned several barber shops. I hated my father’s haircuts.
