You can go to Great Clips’ website and check in online. They tell you how long of a wait you should have. It works quite well. You get there when you get close to your estimated waiting time. My hair had gotten quite long. Driving home from running errands, I decided to get it cut immediately. I had a 28-minute on a Saturday. Thanks to checking in online, I only had to arrive a few minutes ahead of my estimated time. I got a fast but very good hair cut and was out the door and on my way home before I knew it. The hair cut was under $20. I was happy with this spontaneous stop to Great Clips.

Amber does an amazing job, one day I was working at Dickies, and she came in to get a refill and to talk to Tami (the Dickies manager), and she saw my hair from what my regular barber did one day and she immediately fixed it up for me when I went on break and did such an amazing job! I would highly recommend her and the rest of the staff!

Reserved online and went in. The lady had an attitude from the jump told me to sit down and didn’t talk to me further. I told her I wanted to cut off about 6 inches and no layers just a straight line cut. She started combing through my hair and it hurt I felt like she was yanking my hair out. I had a lot of split ends which caused my ends to tangle But that could’ve been resolved with the spray bottle. I tried talking to her but no response so it was quiet the whole cut. When she was done She put my hair forward so I could see my hair through the mirror in front of me and it honestly looked fine, she cut off a lot more than I said but no biggie. I thanked and tipped her (still ignored me) i hadn’t looked at it from the back but then I started getting a lot of comments on how choppy and layered it looked. So I went to check and I’m beyond horrified.

i had a horrible experience coming to great clips. the hair stylists who’s name is guadalupe but also goes by the name lupita, she did a absolutely horrible job on my hair, i had to go to a different stylist to fix her mistakes that she did on my hair, she left me looking like i had a muffin top on my head. i would not recommend this place if you like your hair looking good. i will never be going to great clips again.

I just went into this place today. I have gone in for previous years too, whenever I want my hair short. I’m trans and the ladies were nice about using my preferred name (this was my first time using my name in a hair place). And the lady (I didn’t catch her name) did a great job on my hair and not making it girly cut like other places. I’m happy and I’m already getting compliments on my new haircut!
