I attended this hair salon for the first time and entered as a client was complaining about her haircut from Rebecca the previous day. I saw her hair agreed it looked like a very poor job. I was reluctant but decided to give the only stylist there (Ruby) a chance. I am glad I did as the haircut I received was very good. Ruby was fast and efficient and seemed to know what she was doing. I was very happy with my result and I highly recommend Ruby !

Checked in 20 minutes before arriving. And app said 13 minute wait. One person was there. While two others were chatting it up. Tried waiting ANOTHER 20 minutes and STILL wasn’t done with the one that was ahead. And the girl was taking her sweet time. Either get more useful people or fix the wait time. I could have gone somewhere else.

She was so nice, but this is by far the worst hair cut I’ve had in 20 plus years. I didn’t even waste my breath complaining, too late now, nothing can be fixed, only time will help.
